Re-invigorating Immaculate Conception Academy
Solution: NGC worked closely with ICA's leadership and BOD to re-invigorate the brand. Starting with a thorough audit the firm articulated a new mission, name and logo for the school. NGC then developed the first wave of marketing materials to launch the new ICA Cristo Rey Academy brand.

Every stakeholder played a role in developing the school's new strategic direction, including its students.

Comprehensive guidelines help the client manage its new visual assets and insure proper production and integration of all marcom materials.

Marketing materials employing duo-tones & color imagery create a distinctive and ownable look for ICA Cristo Rey Academy.
Challenge: Known as Immaculate Conception Academy for more than 100 years, this Dominican Catholic high school educates
young women from under-served communities throughout the SF Bay Area.
Recently the school joined the Cristo Rey network to strengthen its operations but had not updated its mission, name, logo or other marketing materials. This hindered its communications efforts and undermined its ability to grow.
New Growth: Today the school is on a positive trajectory having recently enrolled the largest freshman class in its history, while continuing to expand its physical plant and academic programs.
"We certainly had a great need for the expertise of NGC and the entire community was included in the process. We're very pleased with the final product and believe it will be instrumental to promoting the mission of our school."
