The NGC team is led by John O'Meara who has 25+ years of experience leading the marketing activities for many Fortune 500 brands.  John began his career in hi-tech sales in Silicon Valley prior to migrating to product management where he was responsible for several high-profile new product launches.  He then pursued his passion for marketing and branding through leadership roles at global agencies like Landor Associates and Young & Rubicam Advertising.  Today he focuses his considerable energy and talents helping local businesses and non-profit organizations in Sonoma, Marin and the SF Bay Area.
